1. Acceptance

By accessing the AWG website, completing checkout, or joining the Skool community, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase access.

2. What you're buying

AWG is a digital, educational membership community. It includes recorded training, written materials, templates, scripts, live calls (subject to availability), and access to a community space hosted on Skool. It is not:

• A done-for-you service.
• A guarantee of clients, income, employment, or any specific business outcome.
• Financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
• A franchise, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Shreyas Raj / RapidXAI.

3. Results disclaimer

This is the section every honest founder wants you to read. Read it carefully.

Throughout the AWG website you will see statements like "first client in 7–60 days," "₹1,25,000 in 2 weeks," or "land US clients." These statements reflect:

• What Shreyas Raj personally does in his own business.
• What specific, named members of the community have actually achieved.
• Goals, frameworks, and timelines that some members aim for.

They are illustrative examples — not promises, projections, or guarantees of what you will earn. Your results will depend on a long list of variables that are entirely outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• How much work you actually do (this is the biggest variable, and the one most students underestimate).
• Your prior skills, experience, network, and English proficiency.
• Your country, timezone, market access, and target audience.
• Your ability to communicate, sell, and follow instructions.
• The economic environment, competition, and platform / policy changes.
• Decisions you make about pricing, positioning, niche, and delivery.
• Luck, timing, and a thousand things neither you nor we control.

It is entirely possible that you will join AWG, do little or none of the work, and earn nothing. It is also possible that you will do all of the work, follow every recommendation, and still not achieve the outcome you wanted. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — about any specific income, client count, success rate, or timeline.

By purchasing access, you accept that any results you obtain are your own responsibility, and you agree not to hold AWG, RapidXAI, or Shreyas Raj liable for outcomes that depend on your effort and circumstances. If you are looking for a guaranteed-income product, AWG is not it — and frankly, no honest product is.

4. Acceptable use

By accessing AWG, you agree not to:

• Share your login, account, or paid materials with any third party.
• Resell, republish, sublicense, or distribute any AWG content in whole or in part.
• Use AWG content to build a competing course, community, or training product.
• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download community materials.
• Harass, dox, spam, scam, or otherwise mistreat other members or guests.
• Use AWG to promote illegal activity, hate speech, or anything that violates Skool's or our values.

Violation can result in immediate, permanent removal without refund, and we may pursue legal remedies for IP infringement.

5. Intellectual property

All AWG content — videos, written materials, templates, prompts, code, voice-agent systems, sales scripts, branding — is the intellectual property of Shreyas Raj / RapidXAI (or its licensors). You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own business. You do not own the IP; you do not have redistribution rights.

6. No professional advice

Nothing in AWG constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or psychological advice. Always consult appropriately licensed professionals before making material business or financial decisions.

7. Third-party services

AWG relies on third-party platforms (Skool for community, Razorpay for payments, YouTube for video, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account terminations, price changes, or any issue caused by these third parties. We will make reasonable efforts to migrate or replace services if a critical provider becomes unavailable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to AWG is limited to the amount you actually paid for access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost clients, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AWG, RapidXAI, and Shreyas Raj from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of AWG content, or your business activities — including any client work you perform using techniques learned inside AWG.

10. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the community, with no refund. You may stop using AWG at any time; no refund is due upon voluntary departure (see Refund Policy).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Effective" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
