1. Who we are
"AWG", "we", "us" refers to AI Advanced Warfare Group, a digital community product operated by Shreyas Raj through RapidXAI. Contact: hello@rapidxai.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- At checkout: name, email address, billing details, and payment method — collected and processed by Razorpay on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers or CVVs.
- At signup to the community (Skool): the email and profile information you provide when you accept the invite.
- When you contact us: any details you choose to include in a DM, email, or support message.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and pages visited.
- Anonymous analytics (e.g., page views, scroll depth, button clicks) collected to improve the site.
- Cookies and local storage used to remember your theme preference (light / dark) and maintain a smooth experience.
3. How we use your information
- To process your payment and grant you access to the community.
- To send you the Skool invite, onboarding email, and important community updates.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To improve the landing page, content, and offer based on aggregate analytics.
- To prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and unauthorized access.
- To comply with applicable laws.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with the processors required to deliver the product:
- Razorpay — payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy.
- Skool — community hosting and access management. Subject to Skool's own privacy policy.
- Email provider — to send transactional and community emails.
- Analytics provider — aggregate, non-identifying usage data.
- Legal authorities — only when required by law, court order, or to protect against fraud / abuse.
5. Data retention
We retain account, payment, and access records for as long as your membership is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes (typically 7 years for financial records, per Indian tax law). You can request earlier deletion of marketing data at any time.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of marketing data (note: financial / access records may be retained as legally required).
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" or emailing us.

7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, third-party processors with PCI-DSS compliance for payments, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against breaches. By using the site you accept this inherent risk.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for: (a) essential site functionality (theme preference, scroll behavior), and (b) anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
9. Children
AWG is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Our processors (Razorpay, Skool, email, analytics) may store data outside India, including in the United States. By using the site you consent to such transfers.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Effective" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
