Refund Policy
1. Why we don't offer refunds
AWG is a digital, instantly-delivered membership. The moment you complete checkout, you receive immediate access to the full library of training, templates, voice-agent systems, sales scripts, and live-call recordings. Because every member can download, copy, screenshot, or otherwise consume the entirety of the product within minutes of purchase, refunds are not commercially viable and are not offered.
This is standard for high-value digital education products and is consistent with consumer protection norms for digital goods that have been "consumed" or "accessed" at the time of delivery.
2. What you're agreeing to at checkout
By completing payment for AI Advanced Warfare Group, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital product with instant access.
- You waive any statutory cooling-off period (where legally waivable) that would otherwise apply to digital content delivered immediately upon purchase.
- You have read and understood what is included before paying — including the description on the sales page, the FAQ, this Refund Policy, and the Terms & Disclaimer.
- You will not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider as a substitute for a refund. Doing so is considered a breach of these terms.
3. What is NOT a valid refund reason
The following are not grounds for a refund:
- "I changed my mind."
- "I didn't have time to go through the material."
- "I didn't land a client / make money / get the results I expected." (See our Results Disclaimer.)
- "I didn't realize it was a one-time payment."
- "I bought it by mistake / I bought a duplicate."
- "I no longer have time to use it."
- "My financial situation changed."
- Any reason related to results, effort, or personal circumstance after purchase.
4. The only exceptions
We will review a refund only in the following narrow cases, and even then approval is at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate charge caused by a verifiable Razorpay / bank error (not user error). Provide both transaction IDs.
- Confirmed unauthorized payment — i.e., your card was used by someone else without your consent and you have filed a police / cybercrime report. Documentation is required.
- Total failure to deliver access — i.e., you paid, contacted support within 7 days, and we were unable to provision access to the Skool community. This is the only "we failed you" case; in practice it has never happened, but we list it for completeness.
If you believe one of the above applies to you, email hello@rapidxai.com within 7 days of the transaction with: (a) your full name, (b) Razorpay payment ID, (c) the email used at checkout, and (d) a clear description of the issue with any supporting documentation. Requests submitted outside the 7-day window will not be reviewed.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer, bank, or payment processor instead of contacting us first, your access to AWG will be immediately and permanently revoked, and we reserve the right to:
- Provide the issuer with this Refund Policy, the timestamps of your access logs, and any communications we have on record, in order to defend the charge.
- Recover any chargeback fees, currency conversion losses, and administrative costs incurred.
- Permanently ban the email, IP, and payment method used from any future Shreyas Raj / RapidXAI products.
6. Pricing changes
We may change the price of AWG at any time. You are not entitled to a refund of the difference if the price drops after your purchase, and you will not be charged extra if the price rises. Lifetime members retain lifetime access regardless of future pricing.
