Best AI coaches in India: how to pick one you can trust

By Shreyas Raj, founder of EducateXAI and RapidXAI. Updated 15 October 2026.

Short answer: A coach is a person, so vet the person. Check that they run a real business, show real work and sell at a clear price with a refund. I will not rank coaches or name them. I am Shreyas Raj, I run EducateXAI, so treat my view as biased.

How do you tell a real AI coach from a content creator?

A lot of people who call themselves AI coaches are good at making videos about AI. That is a skill, but it is not the same as running a business that uses AI to deliver results for clients.

Social following is not skill. A large audience can be bought, borrowed or built on entertainment, so treat follower counts as noise when you assess a coach.

The simplest test is to ask what they would do if their audience disappeared tomorrow. A real operator has clients and a service. A pure content creator has views.

Neither is bad, but you should know which one you are paying.

What questions should you ask a coach directly?

Ask: what do you sell, who buys it, and what do they pay? How many clients have you served? What did your last project involve? What do you charge for your course, and what does it include?

Write the answers in a document. Compare two coaches side by side on the same questions, and the stronger one tends to be obvious within minutes.

Ask for one concrete, recent example you can verify, not a general claim. Notice how they react. Confident operators like these questions. Evasive ones change the subject.

Also ask what the course does not cover. An honest coach has a clear answer.

How do you check results and proof?

Results should be verifiable by a stranger. That can be a live demo, a recording you can test, or a client willing to be contacted. A cropped screenshot of a payment is not proof of anything.

A trick worth using: ask for the same proof from two coaches at once. How each one handles a request to verify tells you more than their marketing does.

Be aware of survivorship. Coaches show their best students. Ask what a typical member does in the first ninety days, and what share go quiet.

If nobody can answer that, the coach likely does not know, which tells you about the level of support.

What does good pricing and support look like?

Price should be visible before any call. Terms should be written down, including what is refundable and for how long. A one time price is easier to judge than a stack of upsells.

Ask also about turnover. If the coach has a clean record of students staying active, they can say so. If members vanish after a month, the numbers will not be offered.

Support matters as much as content. How many members are in the community, who answers questions, and how fast? A big group with no real answers is worse than a smaller one that responds.

Check that the course teaches outreach and selling. Tools alone do not produce clients.

Where do I fit, and why should you doubt me?

I am Shreyas Raj. I run RapidXAI from Pune, building AI voice agents for businesses, and I sell EducateXAI, an online course for $197 one time. I have an obvious reason to say good things about it.

I would suggest you ask me for a demo too. A claim of experience is cheap, and a working agent on a phone call is the easiest thing to check in this field.

So use the checklist on me too. Ask for the demos. Read What Is EducateXAI? A Plain Explanation of the Course and Is EducateXAI Legit? An Honest Answer From the Founder and push on the parts that do not convince you.

I will not name or rank other coaches. I have no basis to do it fairly, and a list like that from a seller is worthless.

Should you follow one coach or learn from many?

Learning from several free sources first is smart. Pick one paid program only when you know exactly what gap it fills for you, such as structure, feedback or a community.

Many people use free communities as a trial. Spend a couple of weeks watching how questions are answered there before you decide to pay for a coach at all.

Following ten coaches at once is a common trap. You collect ideas and never ship anything. Choosing one path and finishing it beats sampling everything.

The skill you need most, building a demo and getting in front of a business owner, comes from doing, as covered in How to Get Your First AI Client (Practical Guide).

What is a fair way to decide?

Score each coach on real business, real work, open pricing, refund, selling content, and verifiable proof. Remove anyone who guarantees income.

Whatever the decision, take notes of why you picked that coach. If it turns out wrong, you will learn what signal you ignored, and it will serve you next time.

Sleep on it. A decision you make in one pressured call is rarely the one you would make after a quiet night. Results vary a lot from person to person, and nothing here is a promise of income. See AI Income Reality Check: What Is and Isn't True for the honest version of what people can expect.

Pick the coach whose claims you could check, then hold them to what they said.

If you want to see what is inside before you decide, the EducateXAI page lays out the lessons, the price and the refund terms in plain words. Read it next to every other option you are comparing.

Is Shreyas Raj a good AI coach?

Learn free first. Pay only if structure, feedback and support will save you real time.

Can a coach guarantee clients?

No. A guarantee of clients or income is a red flag, since results depend heavily on you.
