How to Sell AI Websites With a Value-First Cold Email System

Short answer: Instead of asking for 15 minutes, you send a short cold email offering a website you already built, then deliver a customized site within minutes of a reply. You pick a niche, pull verified leads, build a template with Claude Code, send through a cold email tool, and let Claude Code handle the replies.

Why value-first outreach works better

Traditional outreach asks for 15 minutes of someone's time before they know whether you are worth it. In my experience that leads to low reply rates and a lot of unsubscribes, because there is nothing to react to.

The system in the video flips the order. The prospect gets a finished website for their own business, so they see value working for them first, and replying simply claims what is already built. In the video I say we see strong close rates with this approach, and that the pitch is that you built it for free to show what you could do if they paid.

Step 1 and 2: pick a niche and pull verified leads

I use dental clinics as the example niche. For leads I show Instantly, Apollo and ScraperCity as options, and I demonstrate Instantly's Super Search. Search for the niche, filter to decision makers and owners, and refine the keyword so that results are really in your niche. I found my first search mixed in unrelated businesses, which is why a later sample came out for a senior care company instead of a dental clinic.

Then use Find Emails with the waterfall of providers, and choose a number below your remaining credits. The emails come back verified through several providers. If you want to double check any list, a free verifier such as AnyMailFinder lets you upload a CSV and see which addresses are valid or invalid. In the video a list of about 460 came back almost entirely valid.

Do not rush this step. In the video I say this is where most people go wrong: they pull low-quality leads, burn their inboxes and get flagged. Spending ten extra minutes on lead quality protects everything that comes after it.

If you prefer another source, ScraperCity can pull Apollo style leads at a low cost, and I mention that its scrapers can take a day or two to finish. It also has an email validator where you can drop a CSV and run a small batch of 50 first to test quality.

Step 3: build the website template with Claude Code

The strategy is to build a single site where the name and details change per business. I took the one-shot dental website prompt from my earlier dental video, pasted it into a new Claude Code session, kept effort around high, and let it build the whole site. Any niche works, but the easiest path is to follow the same flow first.

Keep this template as a public repository. It becomes the single source of truth that every prospect's version is generated from.

The reason this works as a template is simple. The structure, sections and imagery stay the same, while the business name, colors and copy change for each prospect. That is what lets one build serve hundreds of leads.

Step 4: deploy the site without paying for it

I deployed on Netlify in the demo, but I note that you can deploy for free on GitHub Pages from a public repository instead. You can also tell your AI agent to deploy it and turn it off after seven days, since a prospect who does not look within a week is unlikely to buy.

Step 5: set up the campaign and write the email

In ManyReach I create a campaign, import the CSV and map the first name, last name and company fields. You also need sending inboxes. I show buying pre-warmed Google Workspace and Outlook mailboxes through the platform, or using your own domain, and I say that inbox setup is a paid part of the system, roughly a few hundred dollars of investment in my case.

For the copy, keep the subject to three or four words and personalize it with the company name. The body is short and direct: a quick observation about their site, one line on what is being lost, a note that you built them a website, and a simple ask to reply yes so you can send it within 5 minutes. I sign it as sent from my phone because it feels more personal. Run the spam check before you start.

Do the inbox setup properly before you press start. Cold email is closer to a gamble than a sure thing, so I do not skip warm-up or domain setup. I also note that you can do the manual setup yourself with the many guides on cold email, since this video is about the automation layer rather than mailbox basics.

One optional upgrade is a personalized icebreaker line written by AI for each recipient. It makes the person feel you did some research, and they will not know it was automated.

Step 6: let Claude Code handle the replies

This is the part that makes it feel automatic. I copy the ManyReach API key into Claude Code and give it a prompt with variables: the niche, the template repository, a cadence of every two hours, and a batch size of five. Claude Code then builds a personalized site per reply and answers with the link and a question about booking a call.

Two rules matter here. First, ask for one sample website first so you can judge the quality before it runs. Second, tell it to work only on the single campaign you name, so a dental site never goes to a real estate lead. In the video I also note that running the routine on a schedule means your computer should stay on.

After the sample, I also ask for a simple reply to go out with the link. The message thanks them for their context, shares the front-end design made for their business, and asks if they like it. If they do, the next step is a call.

What happens after the website goes out

In the demo, a reply with a yes got an automatically written message with the link to a site customized to that business. If they like it, they book a call, and you close from a position where they have already seen the value. Some prospects will ghost you, and some will say the site does not match their vision. That is fine, because the point is to show what you could build if they paid you.

Questions people ask

Do I need paid tools for this system?

Parts of it are free, such as lead pulling and hosting, but I say plainly it is a paid system overall. The cold email tool and sending inboxes cost money, and you can swap some pieces for free alternatives.

Which niche should I start with?

In the video I use dental clinics as the example because the template already exists. You can follow what I do first, then move to another niche once you understand the flow.

How do I avoid sending the wrong site to the wrong lead?

Name the exact campaign in your Claude Code prompt and keep leads for one niche per campaign. My sample mix-up happened because the lead search was too loose. That is what I found works in practice.

How fast should the website reach the prospect?

The email promises the site within 5 minutes of a yes. In the setup, Claude Code checks replies on a schedule, so I set a short cadence of every one to two hours and a small batch size.
